Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information we collect through lunerasmart.com, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the launch list form or contact us, you provide your name, company, email address and the service you are interested in. The form opens a message in your own email application; nothing is stored on this website.
- Usage information. If analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring site. This does not identify you by name.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser and time of request to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to add you to our launch list.
- To improve the website and understand which services people are interested in.
- To protect the site against abuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for purposes you would not expect from your request.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled, it sets analytics cookies; you can block them in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you (email hosting, website hosting, analytics), and only as needed for those purposes. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our relationship and the period required by law. Launch list contacts are removed on request.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw from the launch list at any time. Write to info@lunerasmart.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry emails is limited to the partners who respond to them. For client systems we install, data handling is governed by the service agreement for that engagement, not this policy.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
